1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of selenios.com, you accept these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Parties
2.1. selenios.com. Company that provides AI-powered automated analysis services for candidate interactions.

2.2. Client: Company or group of companies that contract selenios.com.
2.3. Users: Natural persons who may be employees, contractors, or representatives of the client and who interact with selenios.com on behalf of the client.
2.4. Third Parties: Individuals who communicate with Your Business and whose data may be included in the conversations recorded by selenios.com.
3. Use of Services
selenios.com offers its clients personal, non-transferable licenses to access and use its services. Users cannot transfer or sublicense the use of the software.
The use of our services is limited to accessing, using, uploading, and downloading content only through the provided interfaces.
4. Intellectual Property
The use of selenios.com does not grant any intellectual property rights over our services or the content accessed through them.
Content provided by clients and content generated based on information provided by clients such as summaries and reports are the exclusive property of the clients. The formats and designs in which such content is presented are the exclusive property of selenios.com, but a perpetual license is granted to the client for the use of these formats for the sole purpose of continuing to use and communicate documents relating to such clients, provided they were downloaded from selenios.com during the subscription period.
Content relating to the selenios.com platform is the exclusive property of selenios.com.
It is prohibited to disclose, copy, reproduce, authorize, and/or permit the use of trademarks, software, designs, screens, promotional material, logos, or documentation of selenios.com without prior express authorization from selenios.com.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or decompile any part of selenios.com software.
5. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between selenios.com and its Clients before, during, and after contracting, including informal communications relating to business, commercial strategies, products, technologies, results, and the like, is considered confidential and is protected by the respective regulations in each country that protect trade secrets and confidential information.
All information relating to candidates is confidential, and selenios.com commits not to provide or share such information with any other client or third parties without prior authorization.
6. Privacy Policy and Data Retention
Data will be processed in accordance with:

selenios.com collects, stores, and processes data from video call recordings and WhatsApp chats to provide summaries and analysis of candidate selection processes. Data will be retained for as long as the client maintains an active subscription. Upon contract termination, data will be kept for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
7. Pricing
selenios.com may modify the subscription price, communicating it with at least 30 days' notice. The new price will be considered accepted as long as the client does not express their intention to cancel the subscription, by the same means, within 10 days of notification.
8. Subscription Plans and Payments
selenios.com offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, paid in advance.
9. Human Verification of Reports
Reports produced by selenios.com should not be interpreted literally but provide recommendations to be interpreted and valued by the humans who read and use them. Consequently, selenios.com and its affiliates will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from incorrect use of the platform or AI-generated reports. Although selenios.com's AI strives to provide accurate summaries, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the results, and any decision based on these summaries will be at the user's own risk.
10. Availability
10.1. In case of serious or repeated issues, the client may terminate the contract without any penalty.
10.2. The client acknowledges that selenios.com software may experience mishaps and become inaccessible due to maintenance operations, electronic problems, or other events beyond selenios.com's control.
10.3. selenios.com is not responsible for any consequence, damage, or harm related to software use resulting from incorrect implementation or insufficient testing by the client or for use cases not tested by the client.
10.4. selenios.com may at any time temporarily suspend, at its sole discretion, access to the software for security or maintenance reasons, giving notice via email.
11. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription with 30 days' notice. If cancellation occurs before the end of the paid period, the subscription will remain active until the expiration of the paid period and the client may continue using the service until the end of that period.
If the client has opted for a subscription with periodic renewal to be debited from their credit card, automatic debit will occur at the beginning of each period.
Payments are made via credit card through Stripe, although some exceptions allow bank transfers.
12. Modifications to Terms
selenios.com may modify these terms and conditions at any time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified at least 10 days in advance. Continued use of the services after implementation of changes will imply acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Notifications
All judicial or extrajudicial notifications, information, communications, or documentation must be made exclusively via email, sent from and addressed to the addresses reported by each party in the registration form and in these terms and conditions.
15. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
